City Centre, Kralupy nad Vltavou, Bohemia

City centre is blocked by nonfunctional industrial buildings. The project plans to restore the most valuable buildings, to destroy unsuitable annexes and to create several new public plazas with greenary and water elements.

After the demolition of plain and unused buildings we suggest to rehabilitate and to add only the following:
1/ Brewery
2/ ancient Packing building
3/ ancient Mill
4/ new building
5/ space for a new square, that does not exist till the present time in this ancien industrial city.

The ancient Brewery shall be converted into restaurants, café, shops and apartments.	The block of ancient houses shall be completed by a new multifunctional building.
The ancient Packing building shall become the Town hall.	The new large square with fountains shall become the CENTRE of the city and the pedestrian zone.
