This villa is surrounded by subtropical growth. It is set apart from the flood of middle class haciendas and Victorian villa replicas by its simplicity and purity. The western section houses the high traffic and noisy areas such as the kitchen, garage and laundry facilities. There are no windows on this side due to the close proximity of the neighbouring buildings and the strong, setting sun.
