Prague „Manhattan“

Development of the Pankrác plain (awarded in the competition).

Historical Prague is characterized by its many pointed towers. For this reason, several of the proposed tall buildings are designed to taper towards the sky. The dispersal of the remaining slender high buildings softens the silhouette of the development from a distance, and thus weakens the hard impact of the existing Czech Broadcasting building and Motokov.
