Tunnels „ Blanka“, Prague

Awarded 1st prize in Taurus Competition 2005. Awarded the prize Transport Structure of the Year 2005 in public competition.

Interior design has to take into consideration particularly the speed and the technical parameters of the construction.

For better orientation of drivers, the leading coloured stripe changes colours in different parts of the tunnel. Green stripes in the vault are indicating emergency exits and entrances into the technical zone.
